Our clients Bread & Jam were keen to grow delegate numbers exponentially in the event’s 2nd year. To get things off the ground in the event’s first year, tickets were offered at a discounted rate for attendees which created a level of expectations for similar rates moving forward.

Our Solution

We created three major milestones to incentivise prospects to purchase tickets with a blend of direct marketing and sales development. Start Cre8ive drafted all email communications and managed days with warm and cold phone calls to accelerate ticket sales.


With industry averages of 10.8% open rate and 0.7% click rate we overachieved instantly within the testing phase achieving highs of 33% open rate and over a 5% click rate within our first week. Our percentages increased over the months of working on the campaign with cold emails receiving as high as a 74.4% open rate and a click rates of 27.7%. Start Cre8ive provided Bread & Jam with over a 60% return on their initial investment and was responsible for 30% of ticket sales.
